Little Falls Hospital Admission

When You Arrive:
Unless you are an emergency admission, you should report to the Admitting Office, which is located on the first floor of the East Wing (adjacent to the Emergency Department) of the hospital.

What To Bring:
Bringing identification cards or documents relating to insurance coverage is important. It would be helpful if you bring a list of any prescription medications and their dosage that you are currently using. You will need to bring only a few personal items. Please leave all valuables at home. For your convenience and comfort, we suggest you bring a robe, nightgown or pajamas and personal toiletries. Also, nail polish (from fingers and toes) should be removed before a hospital stay.
